My Mission: Help entrepreneurs see clearly when the business becomes unclear.

I am not a traditional consultant. I am not a motivational speaker. I am not someone who provides generic frameworks from a distance.

I am a hands-on business operator who has been in the arena. The person entrepreneurs call when things are not going according to plan.

• Turned around distressed businesses

• Scaled organizations

• Managed complex operational challenges

• Successfully exited two businesses

 

My approach is not based on theory. It comes from experience in the pressure, uncertainty, and difficult decisions that entrepreneurs face.
